No refunds are available, but there are two exceptions: failure to obtain a visa or for medical reasons (please provide a sworn statement)
Several payment methods are available: Credit card (please note: CNRS purchase cards only; American Express is not accepted); Bank transfer (please make the payment payable to ‘participant’s name + OLYMPICS2026’); Purchase order (only if the public institution is based in France); Please note: We are currently experiencing issues with payments from Asian countries, Germany and Switzerland. All payments are made via the Paybox app and a ‘3D Secure’ security system is in place. A code is sent by text message and you have 5 minutes to authenticate the payment, which explains why the transaction is being blocked.

Plusieurs règlements possibles : Carte bancaire (mais attention carte achat CNRS ; American Express non autorisées) ; Virement bancaire (libellé comme suit « nom du participant+ OLYMPICS/ET » ; Bon de commande (uniquement si l’établissement est situé en France) ; Attention : Actuellement nous rencontrons des soucis au niveau des paiements provenant des pays Asiatiques, de l’Allemagne et de la Suisse. Tous les paiements se font via l’application Paybox et un système de sécurisation « 3D Secure » est déployé. Un code est envoyé par SMS et le délai est de 5min pour l’authentification ce qui explique ce blocage.
